1057988 ✉FA-1918 use of 10c blue junk, cancelled with bilingual '/HARBIN II/9MAR/18' (A1-) on plain cover to Pocatello, Idaho, sealed at right with 'OPENED BY/CENSOR/No.' tape bearing '1417' handstamp in black, slightly reduced at left with small closed tear. [Harbin was the entry point for US troops into Siberia.]
