1/11/2008 New Symbol for Covers All cover lots will now be identified with the * symbol in the Type column. This will be followed by our normal type symbols for mint & used.

13/6/2008 Reference Library We frequently get asked about which books to use as references, so we have generated a list of the 400+ books in our library. Simply select Reference Tools in the top left menu and then select Our Reference Library. We hope that this will help you see what books are available. Later on we will provide a search tool to enable you to just view the books of particular interest to you.
12/6/2008 FAQ At last we have created an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page on our website. Simply select Reference Tools in the top left menu and then select Frequently Asked Questions. There are just a few at the moment but they will expand over time.
25/4/2008 Thumbnail Display A new option has been provided in My Details to turn off the display of image when the catlogue and retail lists are displayed.
9/6/2007 Images In Descriptions Thumbnail images are now being displayed with lot and retail descriptions. When a single image is shown simply click on the image to see an enlarged picture. When the thumbnail displays multiple images simply click on the lot number button to be transferred to a screen which displays all the images associated with the lot.
9/6/2007 Goto Button Moved We have moved the Goto button to the right of its data field on most screens. This places it in a more intuitive position and therefore makes it easier to use.
You are now able to enter the lot number and then tab and enter to execute the goto function rather than needing to enter the lot number and then move the mouse to click the Goto button.
We will apply this logic to all similar buttons when we next do a general review of all screens..
27/5/2007 My Bidsheet Improved 2 new functions have been added.
1. You can now add extra bids onto your bidsheet without going back to the catalogue pages.
2. The new +5% button will automatically change your bid, on a specified lot, to 5% above the starting price.
28/2/2007 Change in Bid Status Emails PPA will now email you when you have been outbid for a lot. Emails will be generated once per day & you will only receive an email if you are no longer the highest bidder on a lot. The Email Changed Bid Status field in the My Details menu is available to turn this function off.
27/2/2007 Improved Navigation The lot and retail description lists now have Navigation and Control buttons at both the top & bottom of the screen to make it easier to use the website.
26/2/2007 Images Improved The camera icon has been replaced with a button on the lot number to view the description with images. Bids can also now be entered on this screen instead of having to go back to the list to enter bids. Navigation within both the Image Gallery & My Image Gallery screen has been significantly improved. 4/7/2006 Bidding Changes We have introduced 2 new changes to the bidding. Firstly a new bid must be at least 3% more than the current top bid to be a new top bid. This ensure that a lot is always won by a fair amount.

Secondly, we will not sell a lot until all activity on that lot has stopped for at least 1 minute. This ensures that everyone has a chance to put in their last bids before the lot is actually sold.

30/5/2006 Image Gallery 'Auction - Image Gallery' is a new submenu in the Auction Menu. This enables you to scroll through all the lots which have images available. Click on the image for a full-size view or click on the lot number to go to the catalogue description.
