4487 ✉FC1863: use of 1d bright blue, 3c dull red & 10c green cancelled with double-circle 'FLUSHING/DEC29/63.N/Y' target duplex (B1), read 'N.YORK BR.PKT./DEC30/PAID 19' (B2 - month inverted), poor Saltcoats (Scotland) arrival of JA11/1864. Biro marking on face has been bleached out and, as the rate was 24c another 10c has been removed.
